Mon 9 - Fri 13 June 2025 Dublin, Ireland

Mon 9 Jun 10am - 12pm. 2 hour event.

Join us for an engaging and hands-on workshop exploring the innovative intersection of technology, sustainability, and agriculture through mushroom farm automation and digitisation. Participants will see a demonstration of a groundbreaking project, which leverages advanced AI algorithms for real-time mushroom growth monitoring and portable imaging technologies, significantly enhancing operational efficiency within circular agri-food systems. Participants will also have the unique opportunity to assemble their own mushroom-growing buckets, while gaining practical insights into the transformative power of agricultural technologies. Experience first hand how AI-driven innovations and cutting-edge imaging methods are empowering sustainable, efficient, and circular mushroom cultivation and learn to grow their own! The session will be lead by Thomas Macagno PhD ([email protected]) and Dimitrios Argyropoulos PhD ([email protected])
