Aurore DARMANDIEU is an Associate Professor at the University of Pau and Pays de l’Adour (UPPA, France). She holds a PhD in environmental management from the UPPA and from the University of Zaragoza (Spain). Her research area is the development of sustainability in organizations at the organization and individual levels. At the individual level, she uses insights from social and environmental psychology to understand the motivations and barriers that encourage or refrain individuals to engage in sustainable behaviors. These individuals can be employees or customers for instance.
